Introduction…

Hello, thats me to the right. My name is Craig Simpson, I am a 25 year old Flash Developer living in Atlanta with my beautiful fiance, Alexis.  I am blessed and cursed to be able to work from home.  Alexis is in law school, so it gives me lots of free time, which mostly turns into unproductive surfing, but I love to cook during that time as well.  Vestedfox.com, I put up to share my experiences and dishes with the world.   There is no formal chefs training and most of the recipes I find from different and sometimes weird sources.  If you enjoy my dishes and stories, subscribe to my RSS feed!  I try to update this site once a week at the least so there is always something to come back for.
